Hands On Bread Making Classes

Join our bread making courses at Dough Bakery and explore the art of artisan baking. We host both private and public classes. Tim will teach you how to create delicious bread that you get to take home afterwards. We provide drinks, snacks and - of course - a recipe for you to keep!

Family Owned and Operated

Dough Bakery started as a teeny business and has grown to six locations throughout Wellington.

Tim and Mia Tracey started Dough and remain ‘on the tools’ in the business.

Dough represents family and tradition. We create each loaf, pastry, and cake, prioritising quality over and above anything else.

We blend timeless techniques and modern ideas then hand-make the goods at our HQ in Upper Hutt.
