Pizza & tiramisu
Learn how to make the ultimate pizza dough (with toppings, of course)! This session will give you the confidence to be able to whip up a home-made pizza base that you can cook at home.
Chef Tim Tracey will then teach you how to make a delicious tiramisu so you can create a full Italian feast.
Welcome drinks and snacks provided. BYO apron and prepare to get stuck in! Please wear covered, flat shoes and have long hair tied back.

Work with Chef Tim Tracey to learn how to make your own sourdough and brioche in Dough Bakery’s HQ Kitchen. You’ll learn how to make your own sourdough starter, a loaf of seeded sourdough and an apple crumble brioche, all for you to take home afterwards.
Drinks, canapes and platters are all provided while you work.
